My experience at Essel clinic was mostly positive. The doctors and were very caring and professional but nurses are not, and I appreciated how Doctors took the time to explain my treatment. The facilities were clean and well-maintained. However, I did notice that the waiting time at the OPD was longer than expected, which could be improved. Despite that, hospital says emergency service 24/7 but at night time it is not, specially nurse handling night time has no knowledge and always suggest to go to other hospitals, I would still recommend for its excellent medical care.
